  • All orders are delivered within 5 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on city, courier workload, and public holidays.
  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

πŸ” Exchange Policy

At The Last Pleat, each outfit is crafted and quality-checked with care. Hence, we do not offer returns.

However, exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges must be requested within 2 working days of receiving your parcel.
  • The customer must ship the product back to us in its original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
  • Shipping the product back to us is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Timeline

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, exchanges are processed within 5–6 working days, depending on product availability.

If the Article Is Out of Stock

  • You may pre-book the same article.
  • Pre-booking production time is 20–25 working days.

🚫 No Return Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product meets the eligibility criteria above.

  • If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must file a complaint within 2 working days of receiving the parcel.
  • Complaints made after this timeframe will not be accommodated.

  • If any article is out of stock, customers can pre-book it.
  • Pre-booked items require 20–25 working days for production and dispatch.
  • Pre-booking can only be done via advance deposit.Β 
  • Pre-booked items cannot be cancelled once processed.
